The one bedroom unit with approximately 660 square feet and features floor to ceiling windows with neighborhood and lagoon views. Each has seating for two and is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset or a snack.

These enchanting one-bedroom apartment has almost as much indoor living space as it does outdoor living space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. We have more one and two bedrooms available in this complex.

LIVING/DINNING:  The living room area has a very comfortable couch and chair for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the 50 inches flat screen TV. The dining area has a beautiful table with quirky seating for 2 people. 

KITCHEN:  The open kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, top stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, toaster, everything you need for basic meals.

ACCOMMODATION:  The tastefully decorated bedroom have queen size bed for two guests, side tables, TV, a lounge chair, a dresser, a small work desk with a lamp and chair and bathroom with shower. In living are a sofa bed for 1 guest.

DISINFECTION STANDARDS:

-We included in room hand sanitizer, soap, shampoo and disinfectant for your convenience.                                                                                           
-We take your health seriously and are happy to welcome you to this beautiful property.

AMENITIES:  All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.  We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. 

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". This unit located just in front of Isla Verde Marine Reserve. Bring your snorkeling gear and be fun!

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.

Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

NOTE:  Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
