SPACE:
LIVING ROOM: The living and dining room are beautifully designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room area has a very comfortable sofa bed for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze, use the fan, or central air. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. 

KITCHEN: The bright open kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads. For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.

BALCONY: Two balconies.  It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee or drink a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the breeze late afternoon. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.

CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. There are two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a basketball court. A kiddie playground is right next to the gazebo areas that lead out to the beach. Coin laundry in ground area and one assigned parking space

About the area: The major tourist area of Puerto Rico is Isla Verde. Adjacent to the international airport, Isla Verde is home to some of the finest hotels in Puerto Rico. There is always something going on at the Isla Verde Beach. Here you find every sort of beach toy and facility imaginable. Windsurfing, parasailing, kayaks – whatever you can think of along with beach-side restaurants, bars and entertainment. Just off the beach you will find small shopping centers, lots of fast-food eateries, car rentals, tour offices and most other tourist services.

Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". This unit located just in front of Isla Verde Marine Reserve. Bring your snorkeling gear and be fun!

Unique Benefits
AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance. Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.
