This a Fully furniture Apartment has Air Conditioning & Ceilings fans, Ceramic Floors, Fully Equipped Kitchen (Microwave, top Stove, Refrigerator), flat Screen TV with WIFI Internet. 

SPACE:  The living area designed for having your morning coffee to plan your day.  The living area has a small sofa and ceiling fan. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. There are enough place settings (dishes, silverware, etc.).

KITCHEN:  A Cozy kitchen is equipped with all you need including a top gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, magic bullet, plate mats, and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. 

ACCESS:  The complex has share coin laundry on the backyard. NO Parking available. Share jacuzzi c

ACCOMMODATION:  Your room is equipped with a queen comfortable mattress a nightstand with lamp, smart TV, ceiling fan and A/C only in the bedroom.

AMENITIES:  All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.  We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Our on-site coin laundry facility provides guests with convenient access to self-service laundry options. Parking availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to limited spaces. While we strive to accommodate guests, please be aware that parking is not always guaranteed and may be on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend checking with our staff for alternative parking options if needed.

Conveniently located near the expressway, our property offers easy access for travelers. Please note that proximity to the expressway means there might be some noise associated with traffic. While the convenience of nearby transportation is a plus, if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to consider this aspect when choosing your accommodation.

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". 

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. NOTE:  Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own.
