Our property is situated in Coral Beach Condominium on the 9th floor, just next to hotels and restaurants. Adjacent to the international airport. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

SPACE: The apartment has 500 sqf. approx. dimension. Open the glass and get the west where breeze. Be relax you watch tv or sleep on the futon couch. In front of the futon a 50" smart tv is equipped to enjoy movies and tv shows internet included.

KITCHEN: The clean functional kitchenette is fully equipped with top electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, glasses, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener and wine opener.

ACCOMODATIONS: Your room is equipped QUEEN SIZE BED for 2 guests, nightstand, closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no washcloth) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. For your convenience CVS is just in the corner.

Note: Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
