The unit has two levels, first the carpot for one car. The first level has kitchen, dinning-living room areas. has a 50-inch smart TV is equipped to enjoy movies and included. You’ll love this place because of the coziness and the location.

SPACE: . Included a dining table with 2 stools. For those warmer days, you can close the windows and sliding doors, and the A/C in the rooms will cool down the place.

Kitchen: Open and clean functional kitchen is fully equipped with an electric top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, glasses, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener, and wine opener.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and a cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited including hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
