The apartment is bright and airy with a balcony overlooking Isla Verde beach area. A beautiful breeze enters to the apartment when the balcony door opens. You are walking distance to hotels & casinos.

This unit has everything for all your needs.
LIVING/DINNING ROOM: The living room area has a very comfortable couch for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. The dining area has a beautiful glass table with quirky seating for six people. Sofa bed perfect for one or two guest.

KITCHEN: Bright and open is equipped with a full-size fridge, top stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Also has a house the private stackable washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS: The two tastefully decorated bedrooms has king beds in master bedroom, queen size in second bedroom and a sofa bed in living room nice views of the beach.

AMENITIES:  All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. 

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". 

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.  Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. NOTE:  Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
