Studio has a queen size bed and little futon sofa bed, nice flatscreen tv. Kitchen with all you need for your breakfast like: coffee maker, pot and pans, ect. Complex included pool, security, coin laundry.
The main living room faces, where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv or sleep on the futon couch. In front of the futon a smart tv.

For those that enjoy the fresh air, there is a ceiling fan over the dining table and a floor fan which can be set up anywhere. For those warmer days, you can close the windows and sliding door and the A/C in the rooms will cool down the place.

The clean functional small open kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, small refrigerator, glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener and wine opener.

-Previous guest are asked to take preventative measures for upcoming guest such as increasing air circulation & other recommendations.

The building offers elevators, a 24-hour security and a small lobby area makes the building very private and safe and there is a pool
Coin laundry is available for our guests.

You will never have to be bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located near the Luis Muñoz Marín international airport in Carolina, PR. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas. You do not need a car, you can use a UBER if you wish to go around.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. There will only be a limited amount of paper goods provided, shampoo and soap. Shopping is close by. CVS is just walking distance.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
