SPACE:
LIVING ROOM: The living and dining room are beautifully designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room area has a very comfortable SOFA-BED for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze, use the fan, or the air conditioner. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. The dining room glass table can fit up to 4 people comfortably.

KITCHEN: Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a top stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads.

ACCOMODATIONS- BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with ONE QUEEN SIZE BED, smart TV, nightstand, dresser. Big walk-in closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower. We also offer a laptop friendly environment; you can enjoy the desk in the privacy of the bedroom.

BALCONY: It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee or drink a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the side ocean view and the breeze of late afternoon. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. About the area: The major tourist area of Puerto Rico is Isla Verde. Adjacent to the international airport, Isla Verde is home to some of the finest hotels in Puerto Rico. A number of these hotels offer both upscale casinos and a wide variety of internationally known restaurants that run the gamut from steak houses to Sushi to gourmet cuisine. There is always something going on at the Isla Verde Beach. Here you find every sort of beach toy and facility imaginable. Windsurfing, parasailing, kayaks – whatever you can think of along with beach-side restaurants, bars and entertainment. Just off the beach you will find small shopping centers, lots of fast-food eateries, car rentals, tour offices and most other tourist services. Bus stop is just in front, taxi line just next or you can use UBER.

NOTE: We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.

Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
