The living and dining room are beautifully designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room features an unbeatable view of the beach, smart TV with has a SOFA This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. If you need to work, we have a hi speed Wi-Fi a desk with chair.
The dining room table can fit up to 4 people comfortably. There are enough place settings (dishes, silverware, serving plates, etc.)
KITCHEN: Open kitchen is equipped with all you need including a stove , microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals.
CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. Pool area, For the sports enthusiasts, there is a basketball court. Coin laundry and one assigned parking space
BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a KING SIZE BED, side tables.
LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag".
You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.
For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.
Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.
NOTE: Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home!
